As Elektraweb, we have offered our services related to online payment receiving systems to all our users without any fees or commissions, safely and uninterruptedly.
However, changing security standards and protection protocols in payment systems have caused us to make significant changes by investing in our infrastructure. In this context, in order to continue to provide you with a more comfortable, smooth and reliable payment experience, we regretfully have to reflect the most economical service fee possible to our valued users.
(A separate server database has been opened and PCI DSS standards have been provided for it)
As of July 1, 2025, we would like to announce that we will automatically start invoicing the service fee of "10 Euro per month / 120 Euro per year" for each virtual pos integrated with Elektraweb.
Our customers who do not want to continue the Virtual POS service can easily cancel this service by contacting us via "Notify Us" before July 1, 2025.
