Elektraweb team provides guidance on integration and installation processes after the accommodation businesses that want to become e-invoice and e-Archive taxpayers receive their financial seals.

1- Get your Financial Seal

When you receive your fiscal seal, activate the fiscal seal SIM card with the instructions in the envelope http://mm.kamusm.gov.tr/surecler/aldim_ne_yapmaliyim/ 

 

2- Fill in the Application Form

If you want to work with which special integrator you want to work with, fill out the application forms of that company and send them to Elektraweb ([email protected] – [email protected]) .

4- Complete the installation process by applying to Elektraweb with the username and password sent to your company from the private integrator (the "Training Request" menu under the "Support" menu from within the Elektraweb program)

How to Add a QR Code to Your e-Documents?

Within the scope of the guidance published by the Revenue Administration on February 17, 2023, KAREKOD obligation has been introduced for electronically transmitted documents. This application will enter into force as of 01.09.2023. For businesses that are E Invoice and E Archive Invoice users, design installation procedures in accordance with the legislation, respectively;

  1. Download the design with QR code from the integrator company. (This is done from the integrator company screen.)
  2. Go to Organization > Hotel Settings Panel > Integrator Connection Information screen.
  3. Open the Connection Settings screen.
  4. Click the Upload Invoice Design button on the screen.
  5. Delete the designs on the screen with X sign.
  6. Select and upload the designs you downloaded with the Select File button. (The file name must be defaultEfatura_HOTELID_BranchID.xslt and must contain the hotel information. The file name is shown in detail in the video).
  7. After the designs are uploaded, save the page.
You can manage your hotel's "Digital Transformation" process with Elektraweb.
