We process your personal data within the scope of the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law for these purposes.
6. Methods of Processing Your Personal Data
We process your data in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 4 of the Law and by obtaining your explicit consent.
6.1. Video Conference Applications
The use of video conference applications such as Skype, which we use for business purposes, involves processing your personal data in categories such as identity, communication, location, visual and audio recordings, transaction security, and similar.
6.2. Instant Messaging Applications
Your personal data in categories such as identity, communication, location, visual and audio recordings, and similar are processed through instant messaging applications used for business purposes.
6.3. Internet-Based File Sharing Applications
Your personal data in categories such as identity, communication, and similar are processed through internet-based file sharing applications used for business purposes.
6.4. Mobile Applications
Your personal data in categories such as identity, communication, and similar are processed through our mobile applications named Medisoft Mobile, Medisoft Mobile Pro, e-Cüzdan Mobile, and Elektra Pos Restaurant Manage.
6.5. Social Media Applications
Our organization processes the personal data of relevant individuals on social media applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., for communication purposes related to promotion and information about our company, products, and services, and to receive feedback and suggestions from our contacts.
7. Sharing of Personal Data
7.1. For Which Purposes Do We Share
As TALYA BİLİŞİM, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVK”), the personal data we collect and process are transferred for the purpose of ensuring business continuity and service delivery, under confidentiality agreements; to official institutions/organizations, domestic and international suppliers with whom we have commercial or sectoral relations, firms and services from whom administrative and technical support is received both domestically and abroad, solution partners of the organization, and domestic and international companies acting as processors. We may also share our users’ email addresses with third-party companies with whom we cooperate. You can find detailed information about with whom and how we share data in our “Privacy Policy.”
7.2. International Data Transfer
Your personal data will be shared with the parties listed below, who are based abroad, for the purpose of providing services via cloud, instant messaging, or online communication channels, which are widespread and unavoidable today. Your personal data will be shared within the scope of this as follows:
With Microsoft, based in the USA, for office operations and transactions,
With Facebook, based in the USA, via the WhatsApp application used as an instant messaging tool in relationships established between employees and customers for business purposes,
With Google, Wetransfer, and Microsoft, all based in the USA, for sharing large files for business purposes,
With Ammy, based in the USA, and Anydesk and Teamviewer, based in Germany, which provide remote access for technical support to customers,
With Microsoft, based in the USA, via the Skype application for video conference services,
With Apple, Microsoft, and Google, all based in the USA, which provide mobile and desktop operating systems for daily business activities,
With Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, all based in the USA, which provide social media services from abroad.
8. How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken by TALYA BİLİŞİM to protect the personal data collected and to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring that our customers and prospective customers do not suffer any harm. Within this framework, we ensure that the software we use complies with standards, sign data transfer agreements with data processors and third parties with whom data is shared, and strictly adhere to our internal Privacy Policy.
9. Sharing and Publishing Meeting Records
The contents of meetings conducted via video conference are service-specific and confidential, and may be shared with our employees and business partners only within the scope of the meeting’s purpose.
Furthermore, with prior notification at the beginning of the meeting and by obtaining your verbal and written consent, we may share and publish the meeting and its contents via social media and/or other common channels. If you do not consent, you may object after being verbally informed and leave the meeting.
10. Your Rights as a Data Subject
As a personal data subject, you have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVK as follows:
a) To learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used accordingly,
d) To know the third parties inside or outside the country to whom your personal data is transferred,
e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to demand notification of the correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
f) To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, despite being processed in compliance with KVK and other relevant laws, and to demand notification of this to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result against oneself by exclusively analyzing processed data through automatic systems,
h) To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
11. Processing by Third Parties
This Clarification Text and the explicit consent declaration are valid only for the applications conducted by TALYA BİLİŞİM and under our control. Any data processing activities carried out by other parties participating in the applications, either with or without permission, without our knowledge, are the responsibility of those persons/entities.
