Personal Data Protection Call Center Information Text
According to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), TALYA BİLİŞİM TİC. VE SAN. A.Ş. (“Hereinafter referred to as ‘TALYA BİLİŞİM’”) is defined as the data controller due to processing your personal data. According to Article 10 titled "Disclosure Obligation" of the Law, data controllers are obliged to inform the data subjects about certain matters regarding their personal data processing. This text has been prepared by TALYA BİLİŞİM both to comply with the legislation and to be transparent and accountable.
Data Subject: You, who call our company’s call center and whose personal data we process accordingly, are defined as the data subject by the law.
Data Controller: TALYA BİLİŞİM is the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data, as well as for establishing and managing the data recording system.

KVKK Article 5/2(f): Based on the necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller without harming the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (As the data controller, we have a legitimate interest in recording conversations to measure the quality of our service and to protect our rights in case of any dispute.)

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities without an obligation to provide information and without your explicit consent upon request, within the scope of Article 28/1 of the KVKK.
In addition, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions (such as ministries and administrative authorities) specified in laws, upon request and within the purposes and limitations stipulated by law.
Outside of our legal obligations that do not require information provision or your explicit consent, your personal data is not transferred.

Your personal data is obtained automatically through your call to our call center.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Data subjects must primarily direct their requests regarding their personal data rights to the data controller. According to Article 14 of the Law, direct complaints to the Personal Data Protection Board cannot be made.
According to the law, regarding your personal data, you have the rights to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
f) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist,
g) Request notification of the actions taken under items (d) and (e) to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
h) Object to any outcome that arises against you by analyzing your processed data solely through automated systems,
ı) Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
Application Method
You can submit your application:
In writing to the ADDRESS;
To the KEP ADDRESS via secure electronic signature or mobile signature;
By sending an email to the SECURE EMAIL ADDRESS using the same email address registered in our system, if your email address is registered.
Your application must include:
Your full name and signature if the application is in writing,
Your Turkish Republic identification number if you are a Turkish citizen; if foreign, your nationality, passport number, or identity number if available,
Your residence or workplace address for notification purposes,
If available, your email address, phone number, and fax number for notification,
The subject of your request,
and if available, relevant information and documents related to the subject must be attached to the application.
