Announcement Regarding the Storage of e-Ledger Secondary Copies

With the amendment in the “4.4. Preservation and Presentation of e-Ledger Files, Berat Files, and Accounting Vouchers” section of the Communiqué on the Amendment of the Electronic Ledger General Communiqué No. 1 (Serial No: 3), it has been made mandatory to store secondary copies of e-Ledger files and their related berat files in the information processing systems of the Revenue Administration.

Within this obligation, the e-Ledger storage program on the www.edefter.gov.tr website can be downloaded, and uploads can be made through this program.

The e-Ledger files must be uploaded according to the deadlines specified in the table below:

• January – February – March 2020: by January 15, 2021

• April – May – June 2020: by February 15, 2021

• July – August – September 2020: by March 15, 2021

• October – November 2020: by April 15, 2021

• December 2020 (Individual taxpayers): by April 15, 2021

• December 2020 (Corporate taxpayers): by May 17, 2021
