All personnel are equipped with professional mobile devices. No matter where the personnel are, they can instantly follow the calls related to them and can also open calls themselves. Thanks to this system, the need for an order taker is completely eliminated. All calls are included in the system with information such as the day, time, by whom, on what subject, content, which departments and people they concern, and the anticipated response time. This also paves the way for the creation of automatic work orders.For example, if a light bulb needs to be changed in a room, a call can be placed by housekeeping and a work order can be automatically generated for the technical department.
