Medisoft Laboratory Management System Renewed (Sayed Magazine March 2012 Issue)

Talya Bilişim renewed the laboratory management system of Medisoft software, making the process management support the information and statistics required by ISO:15189 standards. Talya Bilişim General Coordinator Nilüfer Durukal stated that in the renewed system, external doctor and external laboratory connections are also made via web services and said: “Price agreements made by the hospital with the laboratories it works with are also tracked through the program and automatic invoicing is provided. Beyond the tracking of medical processes, we ensured that the revenues obtained from services provided in other hospital departments are simultaneously reflected in patient account files, and the costs in these departments are automatically accounted for. Phone calls made from the patient’s room are automatically charged and reflected in their restaurant account; meanwhile, the cost of products sold in the restaurant is processed into cost accounts according to their prescriptions. In short, all departments generating revenue for the hospital are controlled through a single software.” Talya Bilişim, active in the software industry for over 20 years, offers its healthcare sector software under the Medisoft Hospital Management System brand. The system allows the entire operation of a hospital to be conducted electronically.
