How is the Elektra Top Up Account done?

When we examined the requests we received from our Support Channels, we observed that 95% of them were resolved within the first 15 minutes.

For this reason, the charge for the first 15 minutes is 1 credit.

For longer transactions, an additional 1 credit per hour will be charged.

For requests resolved outside of working hours, the tariff will increase by 50%.
