Can you tell us about your company and your activities?
As Talya Bilişim, we have been offering technological solutions for the tourism sector for more than 20 years under the brand name "Elektra Hotel Management Systems." The Elektra Hotel Management System consists of 28 different modules that manage all processes within the hotel, starting from guest check-in at the front desk. Our goal as a company is to continuously expand the number and content of modules to meet all software needs of our hotels. The most important advantage of these developments and new products is their ability to work integrated with any hotel management system. We have a unifying, not monopolizing vision. For example, to help our customers adapt quickly and easily to legal changes, we have developed compatible "E-Ledger and E-Invoice" applications. Similarly, our product "i-Safe," which complies with Law No. 5651 and logs internet usage, has attracted great interest. With the "Elektra CRM and Operation Management Program," we significantly increase guest satisfaction in all hotels implementing the ISO:10002 Customer Satisfaction System. Another product working integrated with all management systems is our "Identity Reader (ID and Passport Scanning System)," which currently has a unique accuracy and speed in reading European Union IDs, passports, and Turkish Republic identity cards. Our "Restaurant POS" program, "Health and Sports Club Program," and especially the "Timeshare Management" preferred in thermal facilities meet our hotels' needs while allowing them to offer the latest technological developments to their guests.

Do you have products specifically for Thermal/SPA hotels? If so, can you provide information about these products?
We develop our products for this market in two separate categories: properties operating under the Timeshare – Vacation Ownership model, and SPA/Wellness hotels. Although the modules in these products largely overlap, operational differences are also reflected in the products. We recommend our Elektra Health & Spa Program for Spa & Wellness hotels. With the Elektra Health & Spa module, membership continuity and personalized information (medical history, physical measurements and charts, etc.) can be tracked. It integrates with sales automation to perform income, expense, and personnel performance analyses. By integrating with the CRM program, it can send celebration and congratulation messages, as well as mass SMS and email. Additionally, with account tracking and detailed reporting, membership information such as expiring, expired, or indebted members can be analyzed in detail. For properties operating under the Timeshare – Vacation Ownership model, besides the modules of our Health & Spa Program, we provide platforms where sales, cancellations, and reservation statuses can be viewed, commissions for salespeople and their teams are automatically transferred to their accounts, and contract processes, title deeds, fees, annual dues, installment/payment, promissory notes, and all stages are tracked with detailed reporting.

What distinguishes your products in the market?
Thermal units, which have recently become popular and a preference factor in hotel selection, are used by many guests for health purposes. The health history of guests coming to thermal facilities, illnesses they have had, tolerable water temperature, and other such information are stored in the system. Thus, both the business and the customer are protected against potential health issues. Elektra is used in many Timeshare and Vacation Ownership systems, including Akrapol Thermal, Karaderili Group, Narven Thermal, Ayaş Thermal Springs, and Çam Thermal. Almost all of these properties calculate sales and commissions differently. Thanks to Elektra’s flexible structure, it can adapt to each property's unique working style. In our properties, solutions that eliminate the need for cash or membership cards for extra expenses are preferred. For example, retina or fingerprint readers can be used for paid services like food and beverages. Purchases made using retina or fingerprint readers are simultaneously reflected on the member's account in the Elektra Health & Spa Program and, if the spa center is owned by the hotel, also on the guest’s room account. This provides detailed spending analysis for the business and great convenience for guests by eliminating the burden of carrying cash or cards. Thanks to the entry-exit control made with the Elektra Health & Spa Program, the business can run timely campaigns. For example, if the number of customers arriving at noon is not satisfactory, a special campaign for housewives can be created to make it more attractive. We also enable tracking of the campaign via turnstile or card door integrations. Birthday, wedding anniversary, and other special day congratulatory or gift massage notifications via SMS and email are automatically sent through Elektra Health & Spa by CRM integration, maintaining high customer continuity and satisfaction. Life coaching, which has become increasingly popular recently, has also increased interest in Spa & Wellness. Personalized sports and diet programs are given for the regions individuals feel discomfort. We support Spa & Wellness units in tracking this information. Body measurements and special programs required are stored in the Elektra Health & Spa Program. Reports and charts related to the person can be easily retrieved from the system upon request.

Can you provide information about your service and support standards?
Within the consultancy service we provide with the software, we decide together which modules should be used according to the size and needs of the facility and what adaptation work needs to be done in the software to make these modules compatible with the hotel’s working style. This is actually the most important part, because the working style varies according to each facility’s concept. The software must be flexible enough to respond to these differences. With Elektra, all facilities can easily control their administrative, financial, and operational processes.
