As Talya Bilişim, we have been providing services to hotels with the Elektra Hotel Management System for over 20 years and have more than 2300 hotel references. As the Talya team, when a renovation takes place in hotels, our primary goal during this process is to offer software solutions for all their needs, and subsequently to carry out the necessary work to ensure the staff quickly adapts to the software updates. Recently, to increase guest satisfaction, our hotels in all regions are undergoing renovations. However, considering group bookings and the number of foreign tourists in our coastal region hotels, it can be said that they need more renovations compared to city hotels. One of the most common requests we encounter during renovations is to enable control of room temperatures and TV broadcasts from the front office program. At the same time, we have significant demand for connecting online reservations and international sales channels. As the Talya Bilişim team, we always provide our users with the necessary opportunities to work with the latest technology. Naturally, there are some differences between city hotels and resort hotels in renovation efforts. While room comfort is prioritized in city hotels, efforts are made in resort hotels to ensure the time spent on the premises is of higher quality. This requires us to implement some software applications. Our software team continuously follows technological innovations and legal regulations and applies them to the existing program.
